4 Russet potatoes
1⁄2 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
1⁄2 cup sour cream
- Scrub potatoes and pierce several times with a fork. Place in Multipurpose Steamer and microwave for 5–7 min, until easily pierced with a fork.
- Combine dip mix with yogurt or mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Slice potato across the top and add a dollop of prepared dip and your favourite toppings, if desired.
